By using jllws (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we"), you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all jllws services, betting markets, promotions, and account-related features.

The content on this page constitutes a legally binding agreement between jllws and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account and place bets on jllws, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be an employee, partner, or family member of any jllws employee or partner.
• You must have an active mobile number and email address.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one account on jllws. Opening more than one account will be considered "multi-accounting" and all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. jllws reserves the right to close any account found to be using a false name, address, or identity.

• Keep your account password confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at support@jllws.net.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, jllws may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on jllws:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jllws reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• For live betting, odds may change due to internet latency — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, jllws may suspend any related bets.

Multiple selections can be combined into an accumulator or parlay bet. Note that all selections must be correct for the bet to win.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Jllws supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; however, delays may occur if KYC verification is still pending.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile number — not to any third-party number.
• Jllws reserves the right to hold payments and conduct verification in the event of any suspicious transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All jllws bonuses and promotions come with their own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted those terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered users only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a minimum wagering requirement of 8x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in forfeiture of all funds.
• Jllws reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Responsible Gaming
